Custom software for construction and trades, built around your jobs
Off the shelf tools force your builders, contractors, and trades onto someone else's workflow. We build web, mobile, desktop, and AI applications that match how you quote, schedule, and run work in the field. From offline site apps to estimating and progress tracking, you get software shaped to your process, not the other way around.
The gaps that cost you time and margin
Sound familiar? These are the patterns we hear again and again before a build starts.
Paperwork lives in five places
Quotes in one system, timesheets on paper, drawings in email, job notes in someone's phone. Nothing connects, and the office spends hours rekeying data that should flow through once.
Crews lose signal, then lose the data
Most field apps stall the moment a site drops off the network. Your teams end up recording variations, photos, and hours on paper and typing them up later, if they remember.
Estimating is slow and inconsistent
Every estimator builds quotes their own way. Pricing lags behind material costs, takeoffs get missed, and margin quietly leaks on jobs that looked profitable on paper.
You cannot see where a job really stands
By the time a delay shows up in a report, it has already hit the schedule and the budget. Progress updates arrive late, secondhand, and rarely match what is happening on site.
What we build for construction and trades
The kinds of software we bring to this
A connected field to office system for a multi crew contractor
A representative build. Every project is bespoke, so details vary.
- Problem
- A contractor running several crews across active sites was drowning in paper. Timesheets, variations, and site photos came back days late on paper and in text messages. Estimators quoted in spreadsheets, the office rekeyed everything, and jobs were often well underway before anyone could see they were slipping on time or budget.
- Build
- We built a connected system: an offline first mobile app for the field and a web platform for the office. Crews log hours, capture photos, and record variations on site with no signal, syncing automatically later. Quotes link directly to live jobs, timesheets flow into job costing, and an AI layer reviews site photos against the schedule to flag tasks falling behind.
- Outcome
- The office stopped rekeying data and got a live view of every job. Variations were captured and billed instead of forgotten, estimating became consistent across the team, and delays surfaced early enough to act on rather than after the fact. The work that used to happen twice now happens once.
Software that respects how trades actually work
We start on your sites and in your office, not with a template. We learn how your crews quote, schedule, and record work, then build software that fits it and holds up to real conditions: poor signal, muddy hands, tight deadlines. You own the code and the data outright, it connects to the tools you already rely on, and it grows as you take on more crews and bigger jobs. Practical, durable software, delivered by a team that builds for a living.
You own everything
Full source code and intellectual property are handed to you, with no lock-in. Scope and price are agreed in writing before we start, and you work directly with the engineers building your product.
Common questions
We already use off the shelf job management software. Why go custom?
Will the field app work on sites with no signal?
Our crews are not tech people. Will they actually use it?
