Web apps built around how your business actually works

Cloud portals, dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing platforms, reached from any browser. We build web apps that fit your process instead of forcing your team to fit someone else's software.

Overview

Software shaped around your workflow

A web app is anything your team or customers reach through a browser: a portal, a dashboard, an internal tool, or a full customer platform. Off the shelf products make your process bend around their assumptions, while a custom build does the opposite. We design the app around how you already work, then fix the parts that slow you down.

Capabilities

What we can build into your web app

Dashboards that surface the right numbers

See orders, cases, stock, or performance in one place, updated as your data changes. We design a view for each role so people open the app and immediately see what needs their attention.

Internal tools and admin panels

Replace spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and manual workarounds with a single tool your team actually wants to use. We build the screens, rules, and shortcuts that match how work really moves through your business.

Customer-facing portals

Give clients a secure place to log in, check status, upload documents, make requests, and self-serve around the clock. Fewer phone calls and emails for your team, faster answers for them.

Secure access and role-based permissions

Control who can see and do what, with sign-in, roles, and audit trails built in from the start. Sensitive data stays visible only to the people who should have it.

Integrations with the systems you already use

Connect the web app to your accounting, CRM, payment, scheduling, or in-house tools so data flows automatically instead of being rekeyed. One source of truth, far less double entry.

Practical AI where it saves real time

Add focused AI features that do a specific job: sort incoming requests, draft replies, summarise long documents, or flag records that need a human review. Task-focused help, not gimmicks.

Where it fits

Web apps across industries

HealthcareA patient or referral portal where people book, complete forms ahead of time, and receive reminders. Staff spend less time on the phone and see fewer missed appointments.
RetailA stock and orders dashboard that pulls together online and in-store activity, so managers can act on shortages and slow movers before they turn into a problem.
Real estateA property and enquiry portal where listings, viewings, documents, and applicant status live in one place, so agents and clients always know what happens next.
LogisticsA shipment tracking and dispatch board that shows where every job stands, assigns drivers, and gives customers a live view without a single status call.
Professional servicesA client portal for sharing documents, approvals, invoices, and project progress, cutting the back and forth of email threads and lost attachments.
EducationAn enrolment and progress platform where staff, learners, and parents each see the information relevant to them, with less manual admin running behind the scenes.

Example project

An operations and customer portal for a field-service business

A representative build. Every project is bespoke, so details vary.

Problem
A company sending crews out to jobs was running everything through spreadsheets, phone calls, and a shared inbox. Schedulers could not see live availability, customers had no way to check when a crew would arrive, and office staff lost hours each day copying details between systems and chasing updates.
Build
We built a browser-based portal with two sides: an internal dashboard for scheduling, assigning jobs, and tracking status, and a customer login for booking work, uploading photos, and following progress. It connected to their existing invoicing tool, used role-based access for office and field staff, and added a simple AI step that sorted and prioritised incoming requests.
Outcome
Schedulers now work from one live view instead of several spreadsheets, customers self-serve for bookings and updates, and the office spends far less time rekeying data and answering status calls. Manual admin dropped and fewer jobs slipped through the cracks.

How it works

A clear path from idea to running software

No jargon, no black boxes. You always know what is being built, why, and what it costs before we start.

Read how we work

Map your workflow

We learn how your business actually runs and where the friction really is, before writing a line of code.

2

Design and agree

You approve clickable designs early, so the product is settled on screen before it is built.

3

Build in stages

Short, visible increments with a working version you can try at every step.

4

Own it and grow

You get the full code and data, plus support to keep improving after launch.

Questions

Common questions

How long does it take to build a custom web app?
It depends on scope, but most projects move in stages. We usually start with a focused first version that solves your most painful problem, get it into real use, then build out from there. That way you see value early instead of waiting many months for one big launch.
Will it work on phones and tablets as well as desktops?
Yes. Because it runs in the browser, the same web app works across desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones with nothing to install. We design the layout to stay usable on smaller screens, which matters for staff and customers who are on the move.
Who owns the software and the data, and can we host it ourselves?
You do. You own the code and your data, and we can deploy to your preferred cloud or hosting setup. Nothing locks you into us, and we hand over everything you need to run, maintain, and extend the app in future.

Have a process that could live in the browser?

Tell us how your team works today and where the friction is. We will map out what a custom web app could look like, what it would take to build, and where it would save the most time.
