Problem
A distributor running several depots tracked stock in separate spreadsheets and planned deliveries by hand. Stock levels between sites were unreliable, drivers carried paper run sheets, and proof of delivery took days to reach the office, which slowed invoicing and made disputes hard to settle.
Build
We built a cloud inventory and order platform with live stock across all depots, a handheld app for warehouse picking and counts, and a driver app for run sheets and proof of delivery with photos and signatures. A route planning tool proposed daily drop sequences for planners to approve, and integrations pushed completed deliveries straight into their accounting system.
Outcome

Can you integrate with our existing WMS, ERP, or carrier systems?
Yes. Most projects connect to tools you already run, whether that is a warehouse system, accounting or ERP, or carrier and courier services. Where a clean integration point exists we use it, and where one does not we build a reliable bridge. The goal is one connected flow so staff stop rekeying data between systems.
Will the apps work in warehouses and vehicles with no signal?
Yes. We design driver and warehouse apps to work offline as a first principle. Picks, counts, and proof of delivery are captured on the device and sync automatically when a connection returns, so cold stores, basements, and rural routes do not stop the job.
Do we have to replace everything at once, and is the optimisation a black box?
No to both. We usually start with the part of the operation causing the most pain, prove it in one depot or on one route, then expand, so daily operations keep running through a phased rollout. For demand and route optimisation, the models produce a proposed plan your planners can see, adjust, and approve. We tune it against your real constraints like vehicle capacity, time windows, and driver hours.
